Who we are

v. Boetticher Hasse Lohmann has offices in Munich, Berlin and Frankfurt. Dietrich von Boetticher established the firm in Munich in 1972. It expanded by opening the Berlin office in 1997 and the Frankfurt office in 2006. The firm currently has twenty-two lawyers, sixteen of whom are partners.

We distinguish ourselves by combining legal excellence, initiative, independence and a sense of responsibility with an entrepreneurial spirit. Our firm's culture is open and participatory rather than hierarchical.

We advise business entities and entrepreneurs. Our client list includes global corporations, closely held companies and start-ups from various areas of business, including real estate, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical products and information technology.

v. Boetticher Hasse Lohmann is an international law firm. We advise a number of global players, many of them Anglo-Saxon in origin, and we regularly work together with international law firms. Most of our lawyers attended law school abroad or practised abroad after completing their German legal education.
