Benno A. Packi began his career at the law firm Flick Gocke Schaumburg (2007 to 2009). The focus of his practice are corporate transactions and corporate restructuring, including affiliated group law and reorganisation law. He also advises mid-sized companies and entrepreneurs on corporate law, and listed stock corporations on corporate and capital markets law.

Benno A. Packi is inter alia member of the International Bar Association (IBA, Corporate and M&A Law Committee) and of the German Corporate Law Society (VGR).
