Partner resident in the Berlin office. Anselm Brandi-Dohrn began his career at the intellectual property law firm Preu, Bohlig & Partner. He focuses on advising and representing, in and out of court, businesses in intellectual property matters, notably in patent and trademark licensing, in public procurement disputes, and in unfair competition. He has acquired a strong reputation for his expertise in IT-law and has published extensively in the area of intellectual property law, IT-law and international commercial law.
Since 2006, he has been appointed by the bar as "Specialized Intellectual Property Lawyer" and is a member of the expert committee on intellectual property law of the Berlin bar. Anselm Brandi-Dohrn is adjunct professor for IT-law at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute (University of Potsdam).
Anselm Brandi-Dohrn is a member inter alia of the German Intellectual Property and Copyright Association (GRUR), of the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Industrielle (AIPPI), the Licensing Executives Society (LES, working group 'Life Sciences'), and chairman of the board of the German Association of Law and Computer Science (DGRI).
