Claudia Böhm is a recognized expert in pharmaceuticals law, in particular as regards the sale, promotion and parallel imports of drugs and medical products. One of her specialties is litigation regarding the sale and promotion of drugs, in particular the expeditious enforcement of claims in proceedings for temporary restraining orders, dealing with the multi-disciplinary challenge of processing the relevant medical and scientific data in a litigation environment. Her clients in this area include well-known domestic and international pharmaceutical companies. In addition, she advises real-estate investment funds regarding the development and management of properties and has participated in a number of major transactions in this field over the last few years.
