Associate in the Berlin office. Holger Alt started his career at the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek (2005 to 2008) in Frankfurt, Germany. He advises international and domestic clients in and out of court in trademark and design right cases including business aspects of the exploitation of intellectual property rights, e.g. through license and distribution agreements. Notably, he has acquired considerable expertise in advising and implementing anti-counterfeiting measures. In addition, he advises clients on competition law matters with a special focus on litigation and the legal implementation of new marketing concepts.

Holger Alt is adjunct professor for fashion law at the AMD (Academy for Fashion and Design) in Berlin. He is a member of the German Intellectual Property and Copyright Association (GRUR).
