Partner in the Munich office. Before joining our Munich office in 1999, Holger Kessen was first in-house counsel to one of the larger German banks and thereafter to a well-known private bank. He has many years of experience in banking and insolvency law and special know how in the field of directors' and officers' insurance. He focuses inter alia on commercial litigation.
