Before joining the Frankfurt office, Katharina Reus worked as an assistant at the Institute of criminal law at the University of Marburg. She specializes in pharmaceutical law and the law of medical devices and advises pharmaceutical entrepreneurs and medical device manufacturers as well as their suppliers on all issues regarding product law. A focus of her practice is the legal organization of procurement, quality management, marketing approval and conformity assessment as well as distribution, liability and vigilance in the highly regulated market of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She also has experience with compliance issues. Furthermore she advises on corporate law and represents companies in litigation and arbitration.
