Julia Mattes advises German and international clients in intellectual property matters, in particular trademarks and domains. She is in charge of several large trademark portfolios, with emphasis on prosecuting trademarks, advice on conflicting trademarks and representation in opposition and infringement proceedings.
She is a member of GRUR, the German intellectual property and copyright association.
