Partner resident in the Munich office. Previously, she had been an assistant at the Institute for German and European Business, Competition and Energy Law at the FU Berlin (Prof. Dr. Dr. Franz Jürgen Säcker) for many years.
Kristina Plank advises clients in real-estate development and management, namely in commercial leasing and construction laws, including litigation. In addition, she is experienced in pharmaceuticals law, in particular as regards the sale, promotion and parallel import of drugs and medical products. She represents manufacturers of original products in litigation with parallel importers under competition and trademark law.
