Oliver Stöckel advises German and international clients on intellectual property matters, in particular trademarks and domains, as well as competition law matters. In addition, he is involved in litigation in these areas. Since 2009, he is designated as "Specialized Intellectual Property Lawyer".
Oliver Stöckel is a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright.
