Partner resident in the Berlin office. Ulrich Block began his career at Gleiss Lutz (1997 to 2000) in Berlin and Stuttgart. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets law. He is a member inter alia of the German Corporate Law Society (VGR) and of the mergers and acquisitions working group of the German-American Lawyers' Association (DAJV).
