Partner resident in the Berlin office. Ulrich Block began his career at Gleiss Lutz (1997 to 2000) in Berlin and Stuttgart. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets law. Ulrich Block has published, inter alia, on corporate and capital markets law. He is a member of the German Corporate Law Society (VGR), of the mergers and acquisitions working group of the German-American Lawyers' Association (DAJV) and of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany.
