Partner resident in the Frankfurt office. After several years in the Brussels office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Ulrich Lohmann joined our firm where he has been a partner since 1989. He specializes in advising on international corporate, M&A and technology transactions and on cross-border dispute resolution. He has acted as arbitrator and business mediator in domestic and cross-border proceedings. He is a member of the boards of companies in the laser, software, biotech and private equity industries.
Member of the International Bar Association (Dispute Resolution Section - Arbitration Committee and Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee), of the German Arbitration Institution (DIS), of the German Corporate Law Association (VGR), of the Association of Law and Computer Science (DGRI), of the Licensing Executives Society (LES) and of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
