Dispute resolution
To the extent necessary, we assist and represent our clients in legal disputes. This includes comprehensive review of the relevant facts and assistance in communicating with the outside world. Whenever our clients need to obtain protection in summary proceedings, they benefit from our efficiency.
Our dispute resolution practice includes corporate law, capital markets law (including prospectus liability), and distribution and competition disputes. We have particular experience with the prosecution of claims abroad and the defense against complaints filed outside Germany.
We represent our clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, both under the rules of established organizations (such as ICC, LCIA, AAA and DIS) and in ad-hoc arbitration. We are also available as arbitrators and business mediators.
